I recently celebrated my niece's 11th birthday with a little sleepover for her friends at this hotel. The room was freezing and a bit too small, not leaving us much space to move around, but the location near the financial district was a good choice. The service was a mix of unpleasant door banging early in the morning and helpful assistance from check-in to check-out. The dining experience was average with a bland taste, but the delicious marmalade stood out.
